Last October 4, 2025, Aniak Schools hosted the Unified Sports Event, a day filled with teamwork, friendly competition, and school pride. Students, staff, and community members came together to enjoy the games and celebrate the values of dedication and sportsmanship.
We extend our sincere appreciation to the school staff who made this event possible: Laura Anania, Lexie Houston, Carrie Travis, Gabrielle Piercy, Aldrin Castillo, Kennedy Werner, Lauren Knapp, Braden Swanson, and Dave Canon.
Special thanks also go to our community members who came to support and assist throughout the day: Martha Morgan, Josephine Nook, Wayne Morgan, Audrey Leary, and Okalena Morgan.
We would also like to thank our Superintendent Dr. Madelline Aguillard for providing snacks and refreshments for our players. Your support and encouragement mean a lot to everyone who participated.
It was a memorable day that showcased teamwork, effort, and community spirit at its best.
